I think my husband and I did a great job with this plan. It is really well laid out and will fit our family perfectly! The new house will be 2373 square feet (living)...4 bedroom, 3 baths. Good news is we have FINALLY got our building permits and we should start in the next week. Yay!!

Fun! I love reading floor plans! I adore it is all one floor, the jack and fill baths, the floors out to the covered patio! And not too large. Designed well, we can live large in a realistic sized home! So glad you were able to get the permits, can't wait to watch this process! Janell
Oh, I love the kitchen and great room design. Master across the house from the other bedrooms. It looks amazing. Well planned out. So darn excited to see the whole process. I will live vicariously through you!
