I believe in this 100%. I haven't always, thinking that if one person does this or if this happens, then I will be happy. But that isn't the case at all. I am in charge of my happiness and I have to embrace every moment in order to achieve happiness. I have felt very lost the past few months and I am on the constant search for what is going to bring me back to happy and content, but I know that the search starts and ends in the same place, me.

But you know, there really times that I struggle to be happy when there is something troubling me. Oh but a little shopping would usually ease a little of the burden ♥
Couldn't agree more. No one else can do that for us . . and if we are truly happy than we can enjoy all that comes our way.

I stumbled upon your blog today and it was obviously for a reason!! You are so right about this and I've just recently come to realize this too! Also good luck on the marathon in December. I used to work for St. Jude and can tell you that you're definitely making a difference.
